Shopping & Orders

Can I shop online?

Yes! We offer a curated selection of products through our online store, including popular Newfoundland-themed items like ornamental villages, mummers, and more. Browse our full online selection in the Shop.

Do your stores carry more products than the website?

Absolutely! Our three stores carry a much wider selection of products than what’s available online. From household essentials and party supplies to seasonal items and toys, there’s always something new to discover in-store. Visit us for the full Buck or Two Plus experience!

Can I order online and pick up in-store?

Yes! At checkout, simply select “Local Pickup” and choose your preferred store location. We’ll send you an email when your order is ready to collect. Please bring your order confirmation with you. Pickup is available at all three locations:

  • Carbonear – Trinity Conception Square Mall
  • Grand Falls-Windsor – Exploits Valley Mall
  • Lewisporte – 441–443 Main Street

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a Canada Post tracking number. Visit our Track Your Order page and use the tracking number to check your delivery status.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We ship across all of Canada! Whether you’re in Newfoundland and Labrador or on the other side of the country, we’ll get your order to you.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. After that, delivery times depend on your location:

  • Within Newfoundland & Labrador: 3–5 business days
  • Rest of Canada: 5–7 business days

Shipping is handled by Canada Post. Times may vary during holidays or peak periods.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. Local pickup is always free!

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Your receipt is required for an exchange within 14 days of purchase. No Refunds. Merchandise must be in original package. Exchanges can be made in person or by mail. Any shipping costs associated with exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Thank You
